Usually it's on their on website, not just from them, but also from fans uploading.

Hi everyone! A small update on cheater reports 📝

Whenever you encounter a cheater, please check if they have a randomized (generic) name. Such include any randomly generated name you get when clicking ‘Randomize 🎲’ on your in-game name editing tab (ex. Sweet Worm, Lively Echidna, Cool Slug, Flappy Bird, etc).

We heavily encourage you to record your races when going against cheaters with randomized names. Some legitimate players could be unfairly flagged as cheaters and developers need video evidence for such players. If the cheater is currently in the top 200 Global Leaderboard, you can instead send screenshot evidence. But do remember that video evidence is the most efficient way and gets cheaters banned faster.
