I guess so. It was a win for Dr. Eggman when he normally loses to Sonic. I just wouldn't choose Starline over it. I still can't help but feel most of the IDW characters are replacement to Archie characters which would make it hard for fans to expect much else from them.
Yeah, could be worse than the characters they replace since from the rumour I heard the new mandate is Sonic couldn't lose to comic-only characters.
So probably Sonic would never lose to Surge or Starline.
Surge still could have win over other characters though (Metal Sonic, Chaotix, Tangle, Whispers)
Me too. Grinding is repetitive and gets boring quick. While the Tornado event was repetitive given we had to repeat the course over and over to grind for Buzz Bombers, at least the ranking system made it competitive. I was satisfied when I got an S-Rank for the one and only time.
Tornado event was like console game moment while now it's back to like mobile gaming again.
Legit question, how would you feel if Sonic Team released, the very least a spin-off continuity of Sonic the Hedgehog that's more catered to an older audience? Maybe more gritty, maybe with Amy being older and curvier or Rouge being a bit more promiscuous?
I thought of something similar but going as far to rebrand Sonic as a kamaitachi instead of a hedgehog, as well as other Sonic characters animals replaced as yokai.
I'd love too.
They could go wilder in fact with alternate universe route.
May be in the alternate future where Sonic's son is being trained by Knuckles.
Wait.. now that sounds like Son Gohan and Picollo.
I'll give it a try when I can given I never played the original STT.
I played it on my 3DS (Game Gear Virtual Console) back then.
It's better than Sonic Chaos & Sonic G
and lot easier than Sonic 1&2 8-Bit version.
It's cool and all but isn't it a bit small? I mean, so is the Green Hill Zone playset.
It served the purpose as a mini diorama to be put together along with other mini dioramas.
They want us to collect all stage playsets.
