That a Sonic rappy?
The outfit above is originally belongs to Phantom class in base PSO2 and now will be outfited into NGS specs. In IDOLA each character have Fate Divergences which change their overall appearances (except post-episode 2 character banner as they only change the illustration and not the character avatar). Matoi is originally belongs to PSO2 and because it doesn't have Fate Divergence's thing, it just make her change a job class (the first Matoi banner change between Hero or Phantom, while second banner change between Etoile or Luster).
Just because it's blue, moving fast, and wearing Puma red shoes doesn't mean that it's Sonic related.But the answer is yes, it's Sonic Rappy!!!
