Or may be most of planets are indeed like that.
We say them small it's because we live such in big solid planet.
Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune, and Uranus, while they are bigger, are just gas giants, which means it does not have a solid surface.
No human or normal creature could not survive “on” Jupiter etc, because there's really no solid surface to be on.
Who knows what the majority sizes of the solid planets on the other galaxies.

True. I did watch a YouTube video on Pluto showing it does have different terrain and environments for an uninhabited planet so it could be possible. And who knows maybe the planets in PSO2 are micro-planets or something.

Idola Phantasy Star Saga - Server Shutdown Announcement

🫂 We're sorry to inform that we decided to shut down the game server of Idola Phantasy Star Saga from August 22, 2022 (UTC) permanently 💔.
Thanks for your support as always.

🗓 The specific arrangements are as follows:
1. The in-game purchases and registration will be closed on Jul. 22, 2022 (UTC) and the game will no longer be downloaded then.
2. The server will be shut down on Aug. 22, 2022 (UTC) and users will not be able to log in.
3. You can apply for refund from Aug. 22, 2022 (UTC) to Sep. 6, 2022 (UTC). Kindly please note that we only support the refund of your owned Star Diamonds (Paid).

We will continue to offer game updates and service until the server closure.
