It's kinda disappointing actually but since it's Sonic Anniversary, not PSO2 NGS anniversary, it's still better than what other non Sonic SEGA games presented.
That's true. If I ever made a fantasy MMORPG something I fantasized about often) I'd definitely include Sonic's birthday. Especially an event that is a subtle nod to his birthday.
My ideal MMORPG would be an MMORPG like World of Warcraft or Guildwars but gameplay like PSO2. I can't stand the "click and wait" combat in WoW. And while PSO2 is trying to world build more with New Genesis it still feels like I'm just exploring generic boxed in areas. I want the best of both games.
