Title: To The Moon
Post by: crackdude on February 20, 2014, 10:31:48 am
Has anyone else played this masterpiece?
Did you cry like a little girl? I sure did.

Not going to extend myself a whole lot unless I know some of you have played it, it would be a crime to spoil such a touching story.
If you haven't played it yet, please do. It's short enough to play in one sitting (4 hours long) and I guarantee you won't regret it. At all.

Do have tissues around tho

Is in my Steam library for quite some time, but I still play it...it seems to me a little gem from the short clip I've seen and now you confirm for me that you have been charmed  :D

Do play it! I was dubious when I first read about it when it won Best Story on Gamespot's GOTY Awards over AAA contenders. But make no mistake, I have never had such appreciation for a game's story before.

It's like a story taken from a good book. Gameplay-wise, there's not much in it.. But it works. And the music is great. The "16bit" graphics may look pretty shit, but that just immerses you into it.

The game seems, to have alot of video-game vocabulary nostalgia.
