DaemonClaw (Neo Geo, SEGA Genesis / Mega Drive, PC) - Post Kickstarter Update 14: Progress Report for October 3 2024

The design work for the Megadrive version is about 99 percent done and the art for it is about 95 percent done.
All of the printed material for the physical versions of DaemonClaw are about 96 percent done and almost ready to send to the printers
We'll soon be switching gears on the BitBeamCannon side for design and graphical work for the Neo Geo specific upgrades and exclusive second playable character.
the WIP sprite sheet and core design doc for the Neo Geo second playable character is done so that will begin its iteration phases soon.
Mike made a lot of the missing sound effects for DaemonClaw, and did a decent amount of debugging and level polishing for the final level in the PC version.

Sega's OutRun Gets Fan-Made Lego Kit, And It Could Become A Reality

Designer Jugles has put together a block-based tribute to Yu Suzuki's 1986 arcade racer, complete with a scenic vista and moving joystick.
"I wanted to try to recreate the iconic starting scene from OutRun Stage 1 aswell as giving it my own twist," the creator says. "The building consists of 1735 bricks forming a diorama playing with perspective. The frame of the build is meant to resemble an arcade machine. The joystick is movable and linked with the car to make it possible to slightly shift the car from side to side."
As with all Lego Ideas pitches, this needs to reach a certain number of user votes before it  ...
