Title: Gundam Wing (having a nostalgia trip down memory lane right now)
Post by: Grounder on April 02, 2012, 11:08:46 pm
And no, it's not because of the April Fools prank that Toonami is coming back. I've been on a Gundam Wing kick since the week before last. I remember it was one of the first animes I ever got into, and this was during the fall during my first year in High School. I bought so much Gundam Wing stuff during this time. Besides the model kits I also had a Gundam Wing calendar, school supplies, a figurine set of the human characters, most of the DVDs, and a few other things I don't remember. My favorite character was Duo, because he had such a cocky and "I don't give a ****" attitude. Plus he was played by Scott McNeil. I also recently made three Gundam Wing AMVs. One of which I am very proud of.

And yeah, I used the Cyber-Cop/Corporation theme song by Matt Furniss in that first one (I can't help it. It's my favorite of his work and it's that good in my mind)

I remember it had a pretty short run on television around here. I really enjoyed what I saw of it though. Pretty classic stuff.
