An entry for SEGA's/Creative Assembly's Viking: Battle for Asgard has been added to the Steam Registry, this means that the game is coming to the PC.

There's also an EULA page for the game already:

This is a legal agreement between you and SEGA. Please review this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before installing, accessing or utilizing Viking: Battle for Asgard (“GAME SOFTWARE”) and please inquire about anything you do not understand. If you are not eighteen (18) years of age, have your parents review this Agreement. By installing, copying and/or otherwise using the Game Software you are signifying your acknowledgement, acceptance and agreement to this Agreement.

That's curious... Viking: Battle for Asgard is like 4 years old. Wonder what promted SEGA to get it ported onto the PC...
Thanks for spotting this, ezodagrom.

I have a feeling Taro is going to be very very happy.
Or just happy.

Where can one keep track of those Steam registries?

There's a website that lists each update to the registry in CDR ID entries, each CDR ID is a new update:

Sometimes the website stops updating itself though, but whenever it starts updating again, all missing updates will appear in a single CDR ID.

Ah, OK. Thanks for that!

Small update on this. I have no idea how recent was this change, but ESRB now lists Viking for the PC.

Great find, dude. I smell an announcement coming soon.

If this in anyway leads to the announcment of Viking 2 I will be so, so happy. First game had all the ground work of something amazing but just didn't push any of its features well enough. So keen for a sequal.
