Title: Why my Nintendo DS battery charger often goes bust?

My Nintendo DS battery charger always goes bust with 2nd charging. Bought the DS a month ago and have changed the charger 4 times. Dealer confirmed no defect to the console.Electricity is within the permissible voltage
