Title: Why did everything get deleted randomly on wii virtual console?

Hello, I'm pretty confused and angry right now because all my data for megaman 1 got randomly deleted on wii virtual console. I did every level except for di.wily and I went to play it and all my skills were gone and no levels were unlocked..... I didn't do anything to my wii or hit it or anything. Anyone know why this could've happened?

Did you not suspend the game?

That happened to me once on U-Four-Ia....whatever you do...you MUST remember to press the Home Button to suspend it before turning off your console.
