Oh man, too many to chose from.

Ok, Sonic3K and Streets of Rage 2 I would say are my top ones, but there are so many that I would be satisfied with as top OSTs.

Sega music rules the game universe.

I've actually got the Virtual Sonic from Sega Tunes on my MP3 player right now I've been listening to. The remixed version of Toxic Cave and City in the Clouds really draws me in.  ....Even though City in the Clouds sounds like something ripped from a cheesy adult film..  Haha.

Haha.  Thanks.  It was actually a commission of a fire Kitsune gnawing on a bottle of rootbeer a bit angerly that I had done last year at a convention...  But, you're welcome to perceive it however you want.   ;D

like said, depends on the mood, though currently it is

Jet Set Radio (or anything by Naganuma)
Outrun
Hang-On

and I love the modern soundtracks of Ohtani, with things like Colors/Unleashed and Ryhthm Thief.

For me it's definitely the Japanese soundtrack to Sonic CD. Every song fits each level/time period much better than the US counterpart, and it's very catchy. There's only one song I can't stand on the soundtrack, but looking past that one song I really love the soundtrack. <3

You could pick more than one, I'm sure Semmie won't object!

Gonna go with Jet Set Radio. Love that soundtrack. Also JSRF, Shenmue aaaand Sonic Generations.

The Shining Force series has some amazing tracks - Listen to this and tell me this doesn't scream Sega. Motoaki Takenouchi is one hell of a composer! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UWZseC6umcI

Also honorable mentions to: Yakzua 3, Super Fantasy Zone, Phantasy Star Online, Panzer Dragoon Zwei, Sonic CD (JP), and Jet Set Radio Future.
