Not sure if it's the fullcast, as we surprisingly have not got Haruka confirmed to be in the title, but at this point we more or less have the majority of the cast.

I have nothing against spinoffs like this, infact it would be amazing if they did this every two years.
Mainline Yakuza, spinoff Yakuza, mainline Yakuza etc I'm still waiting for Space Samurai Gunman Kiryu!11!!!!111!!!

Anyway I honestly couldn't care less about this game and quite frankly wouldn't mind, if it stays in Japan. Yakuza 5 on the other hand would be welcomed.

Cast look marvelous. My biggest issue with Kenzan was with how few characters had new roles like in here, so I am very happy with this.
Also, there is a rumor going around that this - Not Yakuza 5 - Will see a worldwide release.
Take it with a grain of salt of course, but it does kinda make sense. Yakuza 5 is absolutely tremendous in scale, that includes licensing deals with everything from people to wines. This game has much less of that and is one of SEGA's only upcoming games for the upcoming consoles.
They would have to re-title it though, as the yakuza did not exist in the late 1800s. Or not, just release 'em anyways!

I think "Like a Dragon" is a kickass name and way better than Yakuza. And like Sanus said, there is nothing about the yakuza in Ishin, so it'd make no sense to call it Yakuza.

Haruka Sawamura confirmed, building your own squad confirmed (!) new minigames confirmed, new characters confirmed, game of the year confirmed.

Point is the incentive of buying a PS4 is gone now because this game is also coming out on the PS3. It might be a good move because KENZEN didn't make anything over 200K. It's also a flashback to the old Sega system days when Sega released a major title on all of their systems but were variants of the same game ,like CASTLE OF ILLUSION or SONIC or LOST WORLD for example. I wonder if any of the ISHIN games will have slightly different play mechanics or a variation in the game depending on the platform.
