Oh, dear me... Oh dear me... Oh dear me...
http://http://scrawlfx.com/2010/04/rumor-shenmue-also-coming-to-xbox-live-arcade
Looks like Sega might be bringing in it's major gun for Xbox Live Arcade.
-
The best reason anyone will ever have to own an Xbox360.
-
When is Sega going to officially announce this Dreamcast library of titles, we have enough evidence to know that at least Sonic Adventure DX,Crazy Taxi and maybe Jet Set Radio are true. So this seems like the next logical step.
Waiting for E3 maybe? F*** no, this is way too long.
-
I'm starting to think this (JSR, etc) is all a hoax.
-
Folks need to take notice that this is Shenmue II, not the first one. Not as big a deal in my opinion considering it is already BC compatible with the system. Could very well be a DL version of the XBOX release.
However, if they released the first game, it would be epic because (A) it would be the first non-Dreamcast release of the game, (B) signs of Sega getting a feeling for Shenmue III, (C) an opportunity for fans to DL the game like crazy to make Sega take note that we really want a Shenmue III.
-
I didn't know Shenmue II was known as Project Berkley. I thought Project Berkley was the codename for the entire series.
By the way, Xbox Originals show up as Arcade games on the Xbox Dashboard?
-
It kinda looks fake. Plus, why would a badly stretched/cut out picture of Ryo's face be the icon?
-
The address on the image has videos of Monkey Island and Hydro Thunder.

Upon closer inspection, the Shenmue pic does look kinda suspicious.
And Project Berkeley? Hmm...

I'm now officially 100% that its all fake... Seems like hoaxers can never let a good hoax alone... They get a taste of victory and want to keep going only to shit on their original hoax.
Why would Sega put Shemue 2 on download... just to restart the whole 'fuck you sega wheres shenmue 3' nonsense.
Its fake, shame.
-
Shenmue 2? Who gives a fuck. I played Shenmue 2 on the 360 for 3 years..
Shenmue 1, now that would be lovely.
And why there are no leaks related to PSN? In case of any of these game actually coming out, won't they be on the PS3? Wasn't there some Sega-Sony deal on this?
-
Its all fake, nothing to see here folks.
-
Shame on them...
-
100% trust Sharky?
I mean, these games will eventually be re-released right guys?
-
Crazy Taxi, Jet Set Radio and Sonic Adventure DX most certainly.
But Shenmue is still a very grey area.
-

Only because you do not think SEGA can do extremely basic nice things? You never gave a good reason for why you think this is all fake.
I dunno. While the release of Shenmue seems extremely suspicious (the image looks fake to me), I still think Sonic Adventure, Jet Set Radio and Crazy Taxi are coming.
The guy has literal video of some games up that we never heard of much at all previously. Images are all easy to fake, but not full video of games that never had video shown.
-
Both shenmue and jet set radio have been proven fake

read this page on neogaf to see for yourself, its too hard to explain.

He clearly has access to that partner net thing so he can see games before they release... It begs the question if those games are up on the market place in partner net why doesnt he just post game clips of them?
I promise you their JSR and Shenmue are fake.
-
Gimme a break, Project Berkeley II? People looked at that for a second and thought it might be real? *sigh*
-
I had expected Shenmue to be fake. But JSR is also fake. Damn it.
-
They will all eventually be released. Dreamcast games are too good for Sega to keep them in the past for long.
