With this game, I just realize (again) that SEGA recently loves to use " DRAGON" as their casual game titles..
Samurai & Dragons
Dragon Coins
Dragon Parade
and now CHAOS DRAGON

Well, there are also four other new SEGA games : Sonic Runners, Hortensia Saga, Kagiru, and Telebeena (all for mobile) but Chaos Dragon is the coolest title.

Looks like there is also an Anime and other stuff happening with this title. Is this the new Anime game?

It's not really a Sega games tough.
Sega Networks publsihes the game, and Sega won't own it.
They have several relationship with companies with Axel Mark and whole bunch of other ones I forgot as soon as I saw the games.

As long as it's not released yet, then it's a new game. ::)

I meant the announcement. Just for posting on the front pages sake.

Not sure either, I just browsed yesterday though Sega-Net website (looking for a sign of Yuru Yuri if there is any) and found many unheard SEGA games before (Hortensia Saga, Kagiru, Telebeena, and Chaos Dragon).
Chaos Dragon - http://chaosdragon.sega-net.com/
Kagiru - http://kagiru.jp/
Hortensia Saga - http://horsaga.sega-net.com
Kagiru is Sammy's though, may be SEGA helped them to promote it.
You've covered Telebeena before so it is I the one who just missed that.
