SEGA Central is such an odd beast, because when it was announced I thought they would have some sort of connection to the fans and community, but they seem so disconnected from SEGA on social networks and I honestly don't know who these people are. Their videos just sort of appear, sometimes posting old content from conventions held months ago and sometimes up to date stuff like Tembo. Nice to see JSR featured, but they don't seem to be very good at the game and I don't get the feeling they know much about it.
Do they have more of a presence in Europe?

I have a feeling this people aren't by employed by Sega, but do various work on wierd shows nobody knows (aka paid programming late at night sorta thing)
-
This is some very obscure shit. But good shit nevertheless.
-
Shenmue had an overwhelming majority when they Tweeted and asked what games they should play. Curious how JSR is the first?

This is actually a SEGA Europe thing, which is great ... I guess? There seems to be quite the disconnect from branches at SEGA and thats always sad.

Three hands never seeming to talk to one another...

Sega Europe wanted to do Shenmue, but Sega America blocked it saying they would prefer to do a more 'relevant' game.

That sounds about right.

Are you serious? Like either of them are relevant by the strictest standards? What a joke SOA is.

Well, to be fair, Jet Set Radio HD is a thing. Shebmue HD is not. So if they do a lets play of JSR they have a chance to sell some copies, with Shenmue they don't.
-
True, but they can't be expecting anything major from a let's play video on a YouTube channel.
