If you want to see more SA2 madness, I recommend to visit Talon2461' YouTube/Twitch account and his 180 emblems let's play or Hero Any% one.
They are beyond possible.

I love watching this stuff. Sonic speedruns are the best in gaming.


To answer your question, this was probably Tool Assisted (note the TAS in the title).
