Title: SEGA Japan makes a Chain Chronicles Pop-Up book, (as seen on TV advert)

Remember the Chain Chronicles TV advert with the little girl and the pop up book?  Well SEGA made one for sale, went up for sale on their website... and it sold out in 30 minutes.
