Man, Marza is gonna become a solid 3D Animation Studio really soon.
They have 3 Big Projects (A movie called "Robodog", the Sonic Movies and this), pretty cool demos and is assisting Nintendo with 3D Models.

Na, I don't think so. Nothing else has been made on UE4. I think it was just a tester.

Not sure... They talked extensively about how real time rendering helps speed up the process of creating films, I think they had like two big interviews with the Japanese press about it.
The quality that can be achieved with real time these days is pretty much "CG" anyway. Here are some real time demos on UE4:
