The execution seems amazing.

Hoping some SEGA games are in that first wave.

Alien Isolation showed up on that video.

This should be great. I just hope they add a lot of games to the list every month.
-
Maybe it will be like the 360 retrocompat. At first it's exciting with lots of games every update, then it sorta stops..
-
360 BC support was great for me, for the most part. Just about every game in my Xbox library that I revisit was on the list, though I was sad that the likes of Otogi and Gunvalkyrie didn't get support.

Same, if it's anything remotely close to the X360 updates, i'll be okay with it.
Can't wait for the November update.

Hey, Bayonetta's on the list. Neat.
-
SONIC ADVENTURE 2 BABYYYYYYYYY
Though the leaked list looks fake as all hell. I wouldn't count of this being real.
EDIT:
No DIRT3 and DS3? It's fake for sure.

I was just about to post that list from Eurogamer.net (http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2015-11-09-xbox-one-list-of-xbox-360-backwards-compatibility-games-revealed)
Not bad, though I was expecting a bit more full-retail support, though. I was under the impression Bayonetta was going to be among the first wave of confirmed titles.
-
I have a lot of those digital SEGA titles. Some solid titles among those first 100. Really nice to finally be able to sell my 360. If I can get something out of it I may get a Xbox One this holiday.

Depending on the size of the HDD you may be able to get a decent amount of credit towards an XBOX One at GameStop.
-
We have something like that here but it usually doesnt earn you much selling to retailer. Probably putting it on something similar like craigslist is what you call it I think? I can get a new Xbone for 300 bundled with a game right now. But im still gonna wait a bit. So that + extra 360 money is gonna make it really worth it. Im not sure what it is but im strangely excited.

They said that the end goal is focusing more on retail support and less on digital emulation. They've already mentioned Bayonetta so it's probably going to be further along the road. This is just the the first hundred.
Why the hell would they port Golden Axe is beyond me, though.
-
I really hope Virtua Fighter 5FS makes the list!

Anyone can fill me in on these Sega Vintage bundles? Are they as amazing as they sound?

The XBLA versions are full on compilations with menus and all (the PSN versions were just the standalone games, very lame). Think of them as precursors to the 3D Classics. Sega Vintage Collection: Monster World and Alex Kidd & Co. are must owns, especially Monster World which includes the fourth game officially translated.
-
Strange that they included Sonic 1 and 2 considering they are getting de-listed. Although I'd like to think because they will be putting up the iOS versions eventually. :P
Good to see NiGHTS on there though.

Does it include Wonder Boy III?

Via the wiki: Sega Vintage Collection: Monster World, called Monster World Collection (モンスターワールドコレクション) in Japan, is an Xbox Live Arcade release containing the arcade version of Wonder Boy in Monster Land (Monster World), and the Sega Mega Drive versions of Wonder Boy in Monster World (Wonder Boy V: Monster World III) and Monster World IV. For some reason it omits Monster World II, otherwise known as Wonder Boy III: The Dragon's Trap.

Despite being delisted, I'm sure several people own them. Plus, given how bad SEGA is at communicating internally, I would not be surprised if those making the games playable on One did not know of the delisting.

I am so very confused, as I was looking for Wonder Boy III: Monster Lair, which I see isn't included

Is that the one with the auto-scrolling levels? I only just recently even heard of that one.

Yea! I heard it's really good on coop play
