The new project of SEGA AM#2, Soul Reverse, with a mobile version called Zero released today in Japan, It has the counterparty arcade of which has just been spread the teaser trailer and a handful of images.
The producer of the game is Takehiko Mikami a veteran of AM#2, that among other works was the main Artist of Shenmue II.

Very nice trailer... I dig the Sega logo animation at the beginning, too.

Need a gameplay trailer to really know if I care.

Should have been the next Golden Axe game. That would be how to revive old games for the current generation.
-
Seems like the successor to Quest of D/Shining Force Cross, but someone on NeoGAF pointed out that it's gonna be PVP like Border Break. Makes sense considering it's the same producer.
With Kancolle Arcade and this game, I wonder how their support pipeline seems to going.
These last few years they supported VF, the Mahjng game, Quest of D/SFC, Border Break and Project DIVA. SFC seems to be dropped, as well as MJ, not forgetting Virtua Fighter. Now they have Kancolle and this game, replacing at least two of those.

Wait, wait, wait, wait.
There's a Sega game called "The Quest of D"?
That's hilarious. Is the game as steamy as it suggests? Must be some "dark" fantasy, alright.

Leisure Suit Larry, The Quest of D. Coming to you in 2017. :)

Seems like the successor to Quest of D/
Yeah looks like Quest of D meets Deamon Souls add in AM#2 and it can only be ace . Love to see a consumer Team (like PSO) build on it and make console versions, to take on Deamons Souls and Ni-Oh

Right today it has been released by SoJ the first trailer with gameplay footage, and in effect, in my opinion, it does seem very interesting.
Here it is: http://youtu.be/uG6PWr4oHjg (http://youtu.be/uG6PWr4oHjg)
The video, along with other information and illustrations are also present on the official website dedicated to the title:

All the material obviously is in Jap.

Comptetive Souls game sounds too awesome to be stuck in Japanese arcades.
