"There is no way to avoid the fact that if we released a 40MB version of Super Meat Boy it would be a shit version of the game," designer Edmund McMillen told Joystiq. "It's a lose lose situation, but the fact of the matter is if we release a shitty game, we will have to live with that for the rest of our careers and have to cop to the fact that it is a shitty game."
I think sonicteam can learn a thing or two from people like this.
Beautiful quote and I honestly don't care if they change it into retail. I don't doubt it'll be a cheap retail title aroun 30 bucks. When I used to live with my partents there was a 360 in the house as well. Now I only have the Wii and I was looking forward to this game for pretty long.
Anyone who has this game?

I guess I will get it on STEAM.

It was like $3 on there the other day, you missed out!
This is a brilliant game though, and while I am upset to see another quality game pass by WiiWare, it just was not worth the effort.
A ton of games on Wii now actually use standard CDs (I shit you not), so as long as it is not a full price game, then I see no issue with this being a disc release.

It costs 3.50 euro's now as a "holiday sale"
I'd buy it now if I were you, george. I don't play these sorts of games on pc. I'd rather play it with a controller on my TV.

Getting it today, going to go right now to the 'swap meet' and try to find some retro SEGA stuff (ah, yes, must be Sunday)

I just bought bad company 2. 66% cut. These holiday sales are great !!!!

I want Bad Company 2 as well *-* but my internet sucks to play online. Might just skip it.
