Sonic Frontiers becomes the best selling 3D Sonic game
Racing to 3.5 million units sold

That means that the title sold 300,000 units from April, in just a month.
That would mean that Sonic Frontiers has long lasting legs and that probably has to do to the free roadmap that Sonic Team has released.
For example Sonic Generations sold 3 million units and it still seems Sonic Frontiers can easily break the 4 million sold marker by this fall!

Not only is it the weirdest SRB2 mod I have ever seen but the fact it was made a few months after Sega brought the rights to Angry Birds it's impressive how something complicated looking was made in a short time.

Either that or the developers of this mod has been working on this for long time and now seemed a good time to present it.

In Facebook some of Sonic fans begins to attack Frontiers after this achievement. Why now though. Guess they'd complain about almost anything.

Through the Minecraft Marketplace's API new Sonic DLC for Minecraft has been uncovered.
It's unsure how far into development this pack is, but we can confirm that it is expected to release in the next few months

I never got to play the first one. I already have a "Legacy Account" but my account is sealed off because they're still transferring from Mojang to Windows or something like that. I can't be bothered to buy the game again over it.

It's a fan project being made in Unity that tried to implement Sonic Advanced 3's ability to play two characters in a partner settingin a 3D world.

It looks like Green Flower zone from SRB2 back there...

I played the first one but that's using my kid's account.

If Legacy Accounts ever get ported I hope I'll get to play all the Sonic content myself.
