And for the 10th billion time, I have never played Bayonetta.
I don't hate anyone, all I've said is that the game had a trashy softcore marketing campaign.

I find it repulsive, I also find the smell of alcohol, marijuana, nicotine repulsive doesn't mean I hate them.

That was a bit cruel to Cube, snaus. Cube, I don't think Snaus meant to be offensive, he was probably just joking around.

Anyway, stop your whining, we pay $60 for new DS games in Australia.

As for increasing the prices of the games cube, Nintendo is able to make more margin with less sales if they increase the sell price, then why wouldn't they? As much as we like to think of big multi-national companies 'doing it for the fans' they have a business to run.

If your name and brands are as popular as Nintendo, you put the price up because people are willing to pay a premium. If you're reputation is horrible like Sega's during the dreamcast launch, you put the price down to drive sales and get people on board.

As for Nintendo's business practices regarding not marking down stock and cancelling production of games, that's a whole 'nother kettle of fish.

Prices of all video games have spiked up in general, remember when new releases were for 50? It sucks, I hate it but in general game development is getting more expensive with the technical evolution, people want richer looking games with next gen graphics.

Well next Gen graphics also come with a next gen price tag.

Tell me were the Gameboy games cheaper than the DS games?

I honestly can't remember how much old Game Boy games were. I do remember that games have been getting more pricey this gen (RRP changed from 99.95 to as high as 119.95), but at the same time I remember games back in the Genesis days being as much as $125 or so.

Buy a Caanoo! All the games are free!

After the iPod Touch and Caanoo, it's really hard for me to want to spend more than $5 on a mobile game. Sonic 4 was probably the most expensive handheld game I bought in 2010, priced at $10. Today I picked up Phoenix Wright for the iPod for $5, using an iTunes gift card. Then I downloaded a bunch of GBA games for the Caanoo.

I did not try to make it to be offensive at all, I just played on how you said "This looks like a job for Psychology", something superheroes are known for saying.

I do not care what you think about Bayonetta. I feel your reasons for lashing out on it are a bit silly, but it is not that big of a deal at all. I do not take it personally at all.

Want to get one sometime, but still need more money. If I were to buy any launch titles, I'd probably get SSFIV:3DE.

I'm pretty excited for the 3DS.
That being said, I recognize that my regular DS has been without charge for...about five months and I haven't bothered or cared to re-charge it.

I'm very much taking a wait-and-see approach with Nintendo's new handheld.  I know I will purchase it at some point, but for $250, I'm waiting for some games or applications I'm certain I'm going to invest hours upon hours in.  Particularly:

-New Super Mario Bros 3DS  (hoping for 2D gameplay...er, you know what I mean).
-Sonic the hedgehog
-The Conduit
-Game Gear on 3DS' Virtual Console
