I guarantee you there isn't a cop around who would care that anyone is playing a burnt 11 year old Sega Dreamcast game.  Back in 2000 I played with my friend on burnt discs every so often and his police officer dad thought it was cool.

Plus everyone at the convention/tourney/whatever would hate Barry for life.  And Barry's too cool for that.
