I also heard they cut out on of their breast in order to improve their archery and, similar to the Spartans, they discard and abandon their children born male.

Damn... People were really extreme back then.

Is this some sort of semi-snuff porn?

At least, that's what I heard on the Amazons. I honestly dunno how much of Amazon-myth is real.

Another myth I heard of is the Gargareans, who were an all-men tribe and were regarded the male-equivalent of the Amazons. while stories say Amazon women would copulate with outsiders and prisoners, the Gargareans were their primary source of reproduction and that the Amazonians would give their sons to the fathers to be raised Gargarean while the mothers keep their daughters to be raised Amazon.

Everything could be a porn if we want to.

This is the first time I've ever heard of Gargareans. Why aren't they as popular as Amazons?

That sounds like the saying "Everything is f**kable if you're brave enough."

Probably because there's enough beefy chauvinistic men in barbarian fantasy. That and the writers probably weren't interested in an all-male tribe that want to take their women than an all-women tribe who would likely snu-snu you regardless if you're fat or dweeby.

That's a meme I'm trying to refer to.

Perhaps those writers were projecting their own fantasy.

I imagine t's a required taste for some.

Yeah, that's what I mean. I imagine the Gargareans would appeal to someone who is gay, but Amazon women are a popular trope for male fantasies.

Taste differs so even if it feels weird for me I still won't judge them.

While I don't know how Gargareans look like, I wonder why DC uses Spartan design for Gargareans in Wonder Woman comics.

I didn't know DC comics introduce them. I imagine they look like Spartans because the Spartans were regarded the most manliest of Greeks.

Most manliest of Greeks. Okay, that's made sense.
I didn't know too before, I just found out after doing some searching.
I haven't read Marvel and DC Comics for a long time.
The last one was Krakoa era of X-Men which was really good, especially seeing Apocalypse, Magneto, Sinister, Sebastian Shaw, and Exodus join the good side for the sake of mutankind.
Kinda sad I have to leave it in the middle since its status quo gonna end in 2024.

I mostly just watch the cartoons and movies of DC and Marvel than keep up with the comics. Heck I'm downloading Spider-Man right now.

Way I figure, since Nintendo has various flagship franchises other than Super Mario, Sega should of established some flagship franchises to compete with those Nintendo franchises.

I don't think Golden Axe should of matched wits with Zelda given Zelda is more high-fantasy and Golden Axe is more hyborian, but I can imagine Alex Kidd being the counter to Zelda.

SEGA still working on 'Super Game' project, expected by end of March 2026

Quote
Announced as a collaboration with Microsoft in 2021, SEGA recently shared an update on its mysterious "Super Game" project.
SEGA President and COO Yukio Sugino shared these details in a recent business presentation posted on SEGA’s investor relations website this week. It was in the Entertainment Contents Business that Sugino addressed progress and expectations of the Super Game:
"We are conducting R&D activities to create a “Super Game,” a major title that scales globally, by the fiscal year ending March 2026. Under the current medium-term plan, we are actively investing in reinforcing our earnings base through the global branding of existing IPs."
Sega announced its plans to ...
