Anyone who'd like to visit SEGA for some conduit 2?
« on: January 21, 2011, 07:24:51 am »
I saw this at the SEGA forums

http://forums.sega.com/showthread.php?3 ... t-Incoming

The conduit forum has died a bit since the 2 years the first game has come out. I wanted to give it some more publicity.

I figured asking here in a place full of SEGA geeks would maybe attract some interest. Not only will you be one of the first playing Conduit 2, but you will also visit SOA so yeah, great fun right?!!!

We are talking it over on the staff side. The only thing that sucks, The Conduit isn't something most of our readers care about. BUT... you never know.

Yeah I noticed the lack of interest in conduit 2. I feel like i'm the only one :P. But maybe some of you may like it. Maybe this second game is actually a whole lot better t han the first one. I would love to hear it from someone that doesn't play fps with motion controls(on of you). On the flipside, there is also classic controller support. It would be nice if you guys could give it a "preview".

Other than that just the idea of visiting SEGA, meeting the community managers is great in itself.

I am on the other side of America so it is entirely unlikely this would happen for me.

But I would really love to be apart of something like this and meet the people at SEGA of America. I know I can sound really harsh on some of the stuff they might have done, but the people who I have actually conversed with who work there are really great and friendly people overall. I would really enjoy meeting them in person, and I really cannot say that for most PR people I have met online.

Oh yeah, and Conduit 2! I think people have extremely low expectations, but I am honestly expecting a fairly solid game. Maybe one of the biggest surprises of 2011? Who knows.

SEGA needs more East coast events. I remember Sonic Colors had something in NYC recently, but I couldn't make it due to only getting one week notice.

The thought of driving into that traffic disaster doesn't sound too pleasant either >.<
