And you guys call yourself a SEGA fansite...
« on: September 13, 2012, 02:09:57 am »
...when you don't even report the following:

- Sidearm? (by SEGA Europe)
Is this SEGA's new play on the current Turret Shooter craze (mounted lightgun games WITH crosshair and no reloading) in the arcade (Let's Go Jungle and it's sequel, Deadstorm Pirates, Dark Escape 4D), arcadeheroes believes the game is called sidearm and is idneed a turret shooter...

- Project Omega (Demon Tribe)
http://sega.jp/project-omega/
Neogaf already leaked all the images, and it's called Demon Tribe, Masayoshi Kikuchi (Director) Ryuta Ueda (Art) Masayoshi Yokohama (writer) are involved

We have a Contact Us at the top of the site, or you could PM any or all of the writers with news tips, or you could make a topic that shares and discusses the news items rather than putting us down as SEGA fans.

I do appreciate you sharing these bits of news, but the way you put it came off as an insult. We're SEGA fans, but its impossible for us to catch every bit of news. We strive to, and part of that comes from readers like yourself kindly helping out.

So thanks for the tips, I'll try and put them up this morning, but in the future try and present stuff with tact and kindness.

The contact button hasn't worked for ages. I wanted to mention this a long time ago but i thought everytime you mentioned it yourself you may have had a look at it after and find out. But it seems it still says [clean contact] and then nothing. Hope that gets fixed

Just mentioning it ^^

Loempiavreter, thanks for those. Call me interested

Cool, thanks for the tip. But also I echo everyone's sentiments here: It's not like we're not SEGA fans, we are... but it's not easy to keep track of all the news that comes around and we have a community that's not as big as NeoGAF, where they most likely have a lot more people with some free time on their hands picking this info up.

I am particularly curious about that Demon Tribe game, sounds Bayonetta-ish. I like it.

Topic Creator: I don't sit in front of my computer 24/7 constantly refreshing Andriasang (Because Sega West never annonuces anything anymore) awaiting the latest SEGA news.

Most of us have Twitter accounts, and the Contact Us button works for me, I just tried it. So if you have a story you'd like to see posted, we'd love to hear it. Contact the site or one of us.

Toning down the accusing dialogue would help loads.

Ignore Project Omega if you're not a fan of smart phone gaming, confirmed via teaser site and https://twitter.com/SEGA_Apps SEGA's twitter account for SEGA Networks that it is for smartphones.

lolololol this is why I don't get excited about anything Sega announces anymore. Half the time it's iPhone trash.

i love anything that has quality. i regret some sega apps hat dont have spirit such as lumber jack. and as much as i love sega when i see that it gives me some grade of disturbance in my mind where i start to think: what are they thinking.

and you have to understand the odds that peple actually buy lumberjack. but these category gamers are bussiness man or geeks who never played games. strategically its a good seller. but if you are a sega fan from the start its kinda weird seeying that stuff show up
