Yes, we still have a forum.
Project Y was on my radar for a while, but it slipped when gameplay info sort of stopped releasing. Any idea what the holdup is?
I seriously doubt Project Y will release this year....or even 2016 at this rate.
Original gameplay is still there, along with all the levels and bonuses/scoring system. The visual and sound compartments are slightly different from the 32 bit counterparts, though we can assure you that all work was done with full commitment and loving care.
The object of the game is to avoid running into the enemies for as long as you can. One new enemy is spawned every five seconds. The game ends is a pretty unique way. When you get hit by an enemy, it causes the Genesis's CPU to purposely execute bad code. Get hit by the divide by zero enemy, and it will cause your Genesis to attempt to divide by zero. This triggers the crash screen, and shows you the CPU's registers at the time of death. Causing errors won't do any damage, and the game can be restarted by pressing START.
Would you consider adding this 2015 list to the 2006 - 2014 topic, (change the title to 2015) ??That way every time a year passes we'll just add to the one topic so we don't fill up with sticky threads.
Vibrant Tetris MD is basically a perfect port of Service Games' Tetris. It has a built-in feature, the ability to select/see your seed before playing a game. It didn't work in Kega Fusion emulator but does work perfectly in Gens/GS.
