Rumor: Sega has created a new internal team, Sonic Pillar, to directly work on future Sonic the Hedgehog titles for better quality and consistency

According to a recent thread of tweets from reputable insider Midori, Sega has established a new internal team named Sonic Pillar that is dedicated to being directly involved with the development of future Sonic the Hedgehog titles. The team in question is reportedly formed of Sega staff from all major regions around the world, and is focused on ensuring the quality of upcoming Sonic projects.
