Anyway as a Sega fan I decided to create this countdown of the top 10 best Sega characters.

Watched the list video. Not bad! But Billy Hatcher does not deserve a spot on the list. Sorry. I can think of a slew of characters that deserve a spot before Billy: many of the 90's era Sonic characters, Opa Opa, Aiai (not an amazing character, but better than Billy), B.D. Joe, Vyse, Gilius, NiGHTS, a slew of Phantasy Star characters (Nei for sure!).

I'd prefer top ten Sega characters that deserve a new game.  ALEX KIDD would be at the top of my list as would PANZER DRAGOON,CLOCKWORK KNIGHT,ECCO and ETERNAL CHAMPIONS.

Forgot about Panzer Dragoon. A ton of characters from that series are top 10 worthy.
