The actual guy from the Sega HQ video is just a guy wearing a mask after all, an ugly one. 

I thought it was Hotondoshindeiru himself wearing that mask.

I figured Hotondoshindeiru based Uncle after himself but Hotondoshindeiru doesn't look that bad-looking.
