I'll start crunching the numbers in January. Going to make a final push this week.

I've been compiling them in a spreadsheet and hope to reveal them in the coming month! Had about 50 responses so it's a lot to go through.

Question: would you guys want just a straight list, or an article with some effort put into it including box art, wiki links, and a brief writeup on why the game is great? The latter would take some time to put together, but I feel would be more worth it in the long run for the site.

Remember the top 100 Dreamcast games? I was thinking something in that light, with some quotes from forum-goers that included the games on their lists

I like that idea. Once I have the list set, I'll see who is up for it here and send selections of games their way.

You could always just have list then a more in depth look with forum quotes etc afterwards.

My only thing is, I kind of want to reveal the list in an article so that it gets more attention. A forum list with no presentation might take away from the oomph of the article.

I'd be down to give as many quotes as you need, Barry. I'm always looking for an excuse to talk passionately about video games.

I think that would be well worth it and something to look back on as time goes on.

I personally think it should be a stickied article, where it states it is "as voted by the SEGAbits community" and be real in depth, including the team who made it, the box art, and whatever sequels came out from it.

That way, people who read the site can also see what the fuss of SEGAs games are all about.
Big fan of Claymore, Miria in particular.

Currently playing Yakuza 0.
