The game is coming in two days and no one made a thread for this yet? Shame on you.  :evil:

I'm really excited for this release! This gen of gaming is finally becoming awesome. Numerous excellent downloadable arcade games, tons of AAA (or AA) disc releases (Bayonetta, Arkham, Just Cause 2) and some great online play. I wasn't too into the whole PS360 gen until 2010 rolled around.

I downloaded it first thing this morning and played a round.

I LOVE IT!

It seems XBLA players get a gamer pic for starting up the game, though I'm unsure what it looks like. I browsed my collection and saw a dude in a uniform, is that the pic?

Also, there are avatar awards! ABC t-shirt for unlocking all the EX options and a pilots helmet for (from what I remember) completing the game. Awesome!

Music is great, graphics are stellar and extras are plentiful. 20/10, A+++

Awww yeah, I was goign to get this last night, but it was already late, so I'll get it tonight when I get home. Man, I haven't played an Afterburner game since I was a young kid and my dad took me to Timezone to play it on the big moving arcade machine.

But why would you waste your money on the arcade version when you could play it on the 32X at home? ;)

I played it a bit more last night, what a blast! I'm still pulling for 'Planet Harriers' so that we can have the AM2 trifecta on XBLA and PSN.

After playing the 'Hang-On' stage in 'Bayonetta', I really think a new 'Hang-On' is in order.

downloaded and played this morning, i have still to play it seriously and complete the arcade mode but very very good game! i'm having a lot of fun and musics are always awesome :D
