Lot of mobile games do that check every 4/6/8/12/24 hours though.
That's why it's dangerous since checking up on a phone is easy to do compared to on PC or console.
It is, but given we live in an age where everyone a few years younger than me are glued to their phones I guess it can be regarded less of a chore and more of an unhealthy obligation.

Shareholders won't care about the difference, all that they knew that Forces is a success.
Yeah but that would be on Speed Battles own merit. It would also give a severe wrong impression of a bad game that if marketed would make the promoters look dumb or the people who buy it dumb.
