Well CHROMEHOUNDS was made by From Software and they have a joint copyright with Sega on the title. The thing is they may be doing this game with someone else. The trademark/rights for the title would have expired by 2015...so they would be free to make a new game if they have come to an agreement with Sega to let them have sole control of the game or a similar situation that happened with BAYONETTA 2 and GUILTY GEAR where they get an advisory role credit or just royalty money but leting the developer have full reign on the title. Point is Sega didn't seem intrested in continuing the series(big mistake imo) and a game like this has to be for one of the big systems or even PC...more likely PS4.
