I have respect more for people that admit they first played PSO on Gamecube than those that lie and say they got it on Dreamcast and played online.

I bought a broadband adapter so I could play it on fan servers.

As far as Rez goes, I didn't get it when it came out, but I have had it on Dreamcast for 4 or 5 years. Took me a while to track down a sealed Japanese copy, as my PAL one is pretty unreliable.

I prefer REZ on the Dreamcast because it feels like the jump pack is going to explode or something, totally trippy!

It also sounds a lot better and has anti-aliasing. The PS2 version sounds worse, doesn't have AA but it runs at 60fps.

I only played it when it was on XBLA.

I have no regrets.

You played the best version of the lot. Nothing beats four controller trance vibration.

I have it on PS2 and Dreamcast. Do I rock?

I agree, remember back in the DC days, no one talked about it. Now its a cult classic. Same with Dreamcast in general.

There were quite a few of us that raved about REZ , There was quite a Big Loyal Dreamcast following on boards like the sadly no more  VGI and NTSC. I think my 1st play REZ post read

"The 2nd Best game SEGA made in their entire history"

Those were the days :(

? I know quite a lot of people that were what one would call Diehard SEGA fans , that bought and played PSO on the DC . I think the DC version did quite well, its just a shame SOE killed the online aspect but noi allowing users to enter their own ISP .

I don't really think anyone bought PSO on the DC to show they're a Diehard, more so when you saw it , you just feel in love with it
The moment you join your 1st party, get a text and a smiley face from someone in the USA. was the moment you knew this was incredible and a completely magical experience quite unlike anything on console at the time.

Word of mouth did wonders for this game, I remember showing it off to a couple of mates, when playing with a team of people from New York , and they were just chatting away asking every day questions and just loving it . It was so magical, so friendly,so very special.

No game will ever come close really
