Ah... Should we talk about the Sonic Movie?

So, more news seems to come out weekly on this movie. The latest being that it has started filming.

We got James Marsden and Tika Sumpter to star with Jim Carrey as Robotnik.
So, what, it's gonna be some Garfield/Smurfs thing with CG and live-action mixed?
Should we be worried about this movie?

Hope it's as good as Who Framed Roger Rabbit.
That movie could do cartoon and live-action mixed good enough.
It could be as generic as Space Jam though.
