Shoot - RT / R1
Focus / Zoom - LT / L1
Evade - A + Left Stick
Cover - X / Square (glued some structure)
Firing from cover - RT / R1
Out Now - X/Square + Left Stick
Quit shooting coverage - X / Square + Left Stick
The energy bar overheats and decreases when you use the boost (a light flashes on the back of the character) and is recharged when not in use.
Boost - LT/L2
Close Combat - B / Circle
Blade System (in game weapon inventory) - Digital Pad: Up, forward and down are different transformations and back is to select different types of grenades
Granades - Y / Triangle

Solid controls, awesome game.
Though I can see reviewers complaining about the Lack of MP, no matter how much reply value the game has.
