http://sega-interactive.co.jp/special/interview/vol7-1/p3/With recent credits being Project DIVA Arcade and Kancolle Arcade, he was also behind some of Sega's best recent games like Outrun 2 and Virtua Fighter 5...
Once again all I could is gobble together stuff from Google Translate. He describes interresting things like how he joined Sega because of the impressive games by Yu Suzuki...he described Sega back then as a company that gave alot of responsibility to a lot of different people with different backgrounds and age, which reflected in the companies output. Today he desicribes video game developement "industralized" as it became more proffesional.
At least that's how I understand it.
