Kadokawa to merger with Dwango

Hi, for anybody interested i post this old news. Kadokawa corporation have merger with NicoNico douga owners Dwango, Here are the news:

I found this important because i think this will be a very common thing (The mergers) in this generation, especially in Japan.
The new company will be call Kadokawa Dwango Corporation and together they will have very good developers like From software and Spike Chunsoft.

as long as From Software is able to continue to make awesome games then all is good, IMO.
