Hortensia Saga - English version on July 2016

I knew from around a week ago that Hortensia Saga is a mobile game that developed by SEGA.
But what I discovered from this site is that Hortensia Saga is turn-out a sequel for Chain Chronicles.
Is that really true? I see the similarities but still... can anyone confirm this?

it isn't, it's made by f4samurai, while Chain Chronicles was made by the Arcade division from Sega.
