 Segabits have not posted it on the news, but Red Company was bought by a giant Chinese company, and now they are 100% working for them. Dunno certainly, but seems that Red holds the rights over the Sakura Taisen series...

 It's a shame that Sega has not bought the whole rights over the series before it. Well, I really dont know what will happen with the series now.

 Someone said that Sega can not stop Red from making a game for the series without... Sega. -_-;
