I think its stupid suing for phones looking the same when LG launched that phone before. The simple reason is that Android is now having a huge market share, the easiest thing to do is for Apple to try and play catch up and sue companies that use Android. Google created android for carriers to use for free, for their phones. If everyone is scared of using it, there is no market share.

^^^But when Apple plays copy cat...
As for this, the PSP already did the same thing as the Wii U, which is also patented. But that was for a handheld to be used with a TV. It is really rare to see a console manufacture sue. Though I think Sony's idea has to do with a 3D or Argument reality? 3D tablet to play on would be pretty cool, if they could fix the 'hold it this way to work' thing.
That artical sas they are playing catchup... But they point out things like tabbed browsing and imply they copied it from Android? How about they got the idea from their Mac version of Safari, or the mail improvements from Mail on Mac? They are behind because they didn't have a new ios release in July like usual, because Verizon people just got their iPhone 4's, so they weren't about to screw them over and say, now a month later, here's the iPhone 5.
Anyway, I don't know much about droids, or galaxies, or any of that other stuff, so I can't argue how good it is. I can say that google Android user base numbers are hugely inflated because they have an enormous return rate. If I remember from a podcast, even you, George, returned a phone right after you got it, for whatever reason. As to this Sony VS Nintendo thing, who knows... The Wii U sounds like a mistake to me.
