Yep, "that vocalist" is the legendary Takenobu Mitsuyoshi.

Suddenly I realize why it's ripe with Engrish. He's done better.

The arcade board is a RingWide.

this explain the outdated tech used in this game.
but i think it looks fine as a Light-gun shooter anyway.
