I noted that the iOS version plays differently than the console version.

At this part of Casino Street act 1,
In the console version if you hit the flipper and let go of the controls, Sonic goes to the right, up the slant, above and over to the left and then stops dead and drops before hitting the other flipper





However, in the iOS version, if you hit the flipper and let go of the controls, Sonic goes to the right, up the slant, above and over to the left and continues to the flipper. It's like the iOS version has a bit more forward momentum than the console version.

The iOS version is kinda like the PartnerNET leak, there were complaints that Sonic was too "floaty" in the leaked version, so they made him feel heavier in the final console release.

I actually prefer the iOS/Partnernet version in spots to the console version, the example I gave as one reason. They built the stages around the old physics, and when they revised them they failed to fix little things like that bit.

I really liked that spindash mod, thanks for doing that!

I'll admit, I'm not bothered by the goof in the game, but it's nice to hear it fixed in a mod.
