We had to get rid of the ranks with our transition to Square Enix bits.  Square Enix likes everything to be the same, ranks don't roll with the Square Enix motif ;)

There wasn't enough time to make ranks.

George asked me around 6pm today what a good april fools joke would be, and im like "Square-Enix bits!" and he liked the idea, and what you see is what we did.
