Why did you even watch it, then? Most people could tell it was a stinkbomb from a mile away.

Maybe it's because it looked so bad that he/she we went to see it. I know several people that go and view bad movies just to see if it's as bad as they seem from the trailers. That and to see if enough Alcohol does indeed make the film better.

I didn't have a specific reason to watch it, but the couch movie critic in me, wanted to see it, just by curiosity.
Of course, being made by Friedberg and Seltzer, obviously it wasn't going to be any good.

It's not as horrible as Disaster Movie, but that's really not saying much.

And to be fair,  I was more disgusted by Halloween 2 than this little spoof movie.

Yeah, that's true. I myself learned my lesson about paying to see bad movies after going to see Dragonball Evolution in theaters. ^^;;; There was no joy to be had with that film - not even for making fun of it.

Saw HP 7.1 yesterday, enjoyed it quite a bit! There were only two bits that I wish weren't cut [spoiler:1zghceg6]Dudley Dursley shaking Harry's hand and thanking him and Wormtail killing himself via an uncontrolled hand[/spoiler:1zghceg6]

I liked how much of the movie relied on callbacks to the first two films. Also, it was great to revisit so many places from the previous films. Can't wait for the finale.

Worst thing I ever saw was Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning. Some family was in from out of town and they wanted to see it. Just a terrible experience.

On a positive note: I saw Tangled yesterday.
Really fantastic Disney movie. The trailer really doesn't represent it all that well. It looked like it was going to be more like a Shrek-style movie, but turned out to be much more in the vein of "The Little Mermaid", or "Aladdin".
For one, it was a musical.
The songs didn't come across as hokey, or self-deprecating either. More "Poor Unfortunate Souls"(Little Mermaid) than "Almost There" (Princess and the Frog).
The movie really looked fantastic too. Amazing scenery with really top-notch animation.

Christmas time is upon us and with it comes movies on TV. So far I've watched.

Zoolander: (Seen before) Always a good laugh... 'Its IN the computer' best scene in the movie.

Alvin and the Chipmonks: Nothing speical... but I didn't really care for the cartoon either.

Oh man, in college I watched that movie on DVD at least weekly. I recently rewatched it too, I really enjoyed this scene for some reason:

Derek: I'm sorry I was whack.

Hansel: I was whack.

Derek: I was whack.

Just watched Fantasia 2000 for the first time.
A bit of a mixed bag, but there were a few standout sequences. Especially the finale. Incredible stuff. I really wish I had a chance to see it in IMAX back in the day.

Watched this for the first time in years, and I really enjoyed it. Carlito's little monologues were a little cheesy at times, but I really liked them. I felt they added to his character. Sean Penn as a coked up sleaze-bag lawyer was great too.

Saw Tangled yesterday, and I got to say it's good. Way better than I thought it would be.

You know, after reading fluffy's post I see where he's coming from.

I admit that one of my many flaws is that I saw something in Dragonball Evolution that I liked and I thought it was a decent movie.

However, I admit that in the back of my mind, I know people won't really agree with me and I understand.

I showed the movie to a few of my friends, all DB fans, and the reactions were either mixed and in the most extreme case, one of them, almost fell asleep 40 minutes in.

Putting Goku in Highschool and making him sorta of a reject was a desperate attempt, from 20th Century Fox and the director of this film, to appeal to the Miley Cyrus/Jonas Brothers demographic.

And plot-wise, I garantee you that a DB fanboy would come up with a better reimagining of this universe in a fanfiction.

But as bad it is, it is watchable, it's a guilty pleasure...

I can't watch another one of those Friedberg and Seltzer movies. I watched Date Movie and it was mildly funny, I didn't see Epic Movie, I almost walked out of Meet the Spartans and I can't watch a second of Disaster Movie, my mental health can't handle this much poision.

I saw Twilight New Moon and Twilight Eclipse in one sitting. Still don't really get the point of everything. Seriously, Bella is not that great looking and I'm sure the Jacob fellow can get like 4 girls at the same time with his looks. Makes no sense.

Also, don't know why she is 'so important' that they fight a small scale war over her.

Heartbreak Ridge

More Clint Eastwood awesomeness, but in a war setting.
