Had another video planned for today, but it's being blocked by YouTube's filter on copyright grounds. Pitch shifting hasn't worked, leaving me pretty much stumped. Bah...

I'm having the same problem on something. I ended up disputing it. I got the volume back, but I don't know if its permanent.

Mine's completely blocked. I don't think disputing it would make a difference either. The video isn't a review or parody, so I can't claim fair use.

Oddly enough, YT was flagging only the second song. I left a little bit of it in the video (up to the point where it's flagged), but it's not a big loss. "Chase the Chance" is the better of two anyway.

SEIZURE WARNING: There's a lot of flashing lights in this game. If you're epileptic, it's probably best not to watch.

Digital Dance Mix, Vol. 1: Namie Amuro (デジタルダンスミックス Vol.1 安室 奈美恵) is a 1997 title developed by Sega AM2 for the Saturn. It features a highly detailed model of Japanese pop singer Namie Amuro performing two of her biggest hits, "Chase the Chance" and "You're My Sunshine." The game was primarily intended as a tech demo with the knowledge gained from development being applied to the unreleased Saturn version of Virtua Fighter 3. Subsequent volumes starring other artists were likely planned but never came to fruition.

Gotta say I'm really impressed with Namie's model. It's very detailed and has quite a few points of articulation (hips, ponytail, even some of her outfits move realistically). She also blinks and her mouth movements are synched with the lyrics. Really cool stuff.

I actually just got a version of this in the mail signed by Yu Suzuki. Thanks, Supa!

I ought to give it a spin soon.

Unfortunately, I didn't own a Netlink in the '90s. I did pick one up about three years ago, but it's sort of a moot point now. There are far more netlink units out there than there are copies of Netlink games, and while there is still a playerbase, it's pretty small. On top of that, there are technical hurdles that would have to be overcome since I don't have a traditional phone line anymore. Sadly, it's just more trouble than it's worth to me.

Yeah, I've been aware of them for awhile. I miss their old website :(   While I was browsing a few days ago I couldn't find a decent guide.

If you played Target Earth on the Genesis, this is the sequel. If you didn't, well, this is still the sequel. Really enjoyable run-and-gun!

I take it to mean that this is import friendly? I had an opportunity to pick it up years ago and I didn't because it looked like it might be text heavy.

The language barrier is minimal. All of the important menus are in English. There are a few instances in which it might not be clear what's going on/wrong, but you'll figure it out eventually. Only thing you'll be totally in the dark on is the story, but that holds true with most any import.
