It's Indonesian subtitle, but at least the fight scene didn't really need it and the summary of the ending could be found on wikipedia.

I did find the Indonesian one, but it didn't had English subtitles so I'm a bit stumped on what happens in the end.

The one suited his most is Chun Li's style may be due to his moronic attitude
(when he didn't go into killing mode of course).

Not much, I guess.
The only thing that I knew is SEGA made official Stuffed Plush and Key Chain based on City Hunter years ago.
His game's also exclusive to PC Engine, none in SEGA consoles.

The Rumble Fish first launched for arcade in 2004 in Japan, followed by PlayStation 2 on March 17, 2005.
The arcade version of sequel, The Rumble Fish 2 came out in 2005, introducing new game mechanics and characters.
It gained popularity with its sleek 2D visuals powered by S.M.A. (Smooth Model Animation), fascinating characters and strategic gameplay using two types of gauges.
The game series has a cult following and is still played in tournaments.
Worth noting the series has never been released outside of Japan.
